it is obvious today, i'm not ready to become a leader/boss. Just after 2 days, my boss not around, evertyhing turned upside down.. yes, i can handle all the tasks but i can't do everything.
become a boss is not an easy thing. with my 6 years of experience, i found myself still lack of management skills. in term of my technical skills, there's no issue.
quite frustrated and now i'm fell stressed. Salesman keep pushing for their request, Sourcing asked for the material evaluation results, and endless meeting to be attend.
